No.

There have been plenty of requests and not a few suggestions regarding this
of late. :-) Can't say at present which sub-release Jason has this
scheduled for.

By default IBO expects to load a library named 'gds32.dll', so you do need
to rename the library accordingly (fbclient.dll or fbembed.dll) in the app dir.
