No. It's not really an example database, since it's largely empty. You'll
find it (for what it's worth) in gbak form in a collection of sources and
oddments of projects that were used to make the screen shots for the GSG,
available for download from the Contributed Code page of the main IBO
website. Don't treat this stuff as complete demos, as they are just
one-off examples of single things.
