Whooo, that's a long jump. You could read the release notes, though you
are going to have a big gap where your 4.2Gb release notes end and the 4.5B
release notes begin...

I don't know off-hand of anything that could be thought of as a
"gotcha". Every new release tends to tighten up loose areas, though, so it
wouldn't be unusual for an upgrade to "find" your loose areas for you. :-)
