Unfortunately, the IBO4_5_B_Full.zip installer doesn't work on Delphi 7,
either. You can start over, by doing a clean install using the "Raw" kit,
after doing some source code repairs to avoid the problem that's causing
the installer to crag up. Salvatore Besso's solution in yesterday's list
("Re: [IBO] IBO4.5 B Building Packages error ") will solve it...then
proceed to install from the bpg file, using the procedure described in
HowToInstall.txt.
