You may have better odds at a useful answer on either the InterBase or
Firebird support lists as these kinds of questions are off-topic here.
Though if anyone wants to answer this here please feel free. As for myself,
I really don't know what is going on here. It could be some indexes are
corrupt. Try setting them all to inactive and active again.
