I answer to myself :-) I have just tried to set GeneratorLinks as:

ID_ANAGRAPHIC=GEN_ID_ANAGRAPHIC

but also:

KeyLinks=ID_ANAGRAPHIC

and now the cursor stays on the new record. So there is something more than only
setting RefreshAction :-)
