I've tried - they won't divulge it. They just say they informed the
subscriber of the need to whitelist.

I believe this software breaks some RFC, since you are supposed to be able
to determine the sender of an email by examining the verbose header. All
the cloud9 challenge gives you is a guid of some sort...
