Subject [IBO] Re: ib_monitor not installed via 4.5 installer

Sorry, no manual install mode. Did try to reinstall. Nothings changed. file(s) is/are really
missing. Might there be an installer script issue in the D5 section of the script.....

I'm in need now because I can't compile at the moment. Is there a possibility that the
missing D5 pas/dcu files might get published sepparatly until this issue is resolved?
