All resource files should end up in the C5 directory in your case.
Did this happen or no?

I want it so that only one path needs to be added to the library search
path.

I just put out a new version of the installer.
Not everything has been addressed, but it should work in a lot of cases that
the previous ones have not. The uninstall is not going to be completed for
a while yet. I've got to wait for some new features in Inno Setup 5 to be
ready.
