Changing that setting is mainly necessary when you would be using one
parameter name multiple times within a query or other DML statements.
But, there maybe some instances where it would be required as well. I,
too, haven't encountered any circumstances where I would need to
change that setting. But, we are also going to get the latest version,
just to make sure we don't encounter that problem, since some of our
queries are getting more complex.
