Is there a chance you can take a SQL trace of each and diff them to see
where things are slowing down more specifically?

I have just converted my app from D5 to D7. I am using IBO to access the
database. For some (strange) reason the app compiled in D7 runs slower
than the app compiled in D5.
D7 IBO version is 4.2.Ie and D5 IBO version is 4.2.Fn.

The code is exactly same except for IBO stuff.

Is anyone else having such an issue?
