Hi Alain
I have pretty much a similar setup.
IBO is fine but I too develop onan older platform i nmy case ME to ensure that the
programs will work on 98SE, so far I have trials running on
Win 95, win 98, XP, XP Pro running in english , danish and Norwegian.
IVO has never given me any problems that weren't of my own doing.
