apart the problem already discussed in previous messages, I have discovered
other two problems in TIB_DateTimePicker when used to display time
(dtkTime).

- The component doesn't display the correct
field value also when in browse mode (it
shows always the design time value)
- When in browse mode it is possible to change
the displayed value using the arrows when
this should not happen (the control should
be disabled or something similar)
