How can I tell if SchemaCacheDir works properly?
TIB_Connections property SchemaCacheDir is set with only a dot, so
that wherever the exe resides is the location for SchemaCacheDir.
It seems to work since a new subdirectory is created when the exe
is run for the first time.
However, there are only two files in this directory, one with 11
bytes, the other one empty.

Any advice appreciated.
