Hi All,

I found out my trouble was not with IBO but due to the fact that I
had upgraded from v1.0.0.796 of Firebird to v1.5.0.4306. With the
newer version it was as if the service wasn't running even though
Windows said it was. When I went back to the previous version, the
database is again accessible.

Go figure?!
