Hello Marco:

I had previously read your article, which I found very helpful. In
fact, it's what gave me the idea to use TIB_Connection to globally
set my defaults, field types, etc. I got it working for uppercase,
boolean, etc. but couldn't make it work for currency types. I tried
Helens suggestion but couldn't get that to work either. Finally I
tried simply dmCurrency=CURRENCY and that seems to work fine.
