Just thinking about this - insert and delete SQL would require to
insert/delete records, if record state (checked/not checked) changes in a
dataset. If there are variable number of changed updates - need loop for
"delete from ..." or "insert into ..." queries.
SP would be great for this, but how to pass variable number parameters,
which are needed to change?

SUSPEND keyword in a SP is needed only when a one row (set) of records is
passed to a client?
