The problem will be resolved in the next sub-release I am going to get out
as soon as possible today. I found a few other problems with the installer
that I am working out too.
Everyone hold off on sending bug reports to do with the installer until I
get out the next release.

There was also a bug in the IB_Constants-it.pas file. There was a missing
semicolon.
