Now why am I not surprised to read this? :-)

Still, this doesn't seem healthy to me if it happens often. Unless
you're one of those very rare people who simply don't *need* more
than 20 hrs of sleep per week. But if not, maybe it should be
"Screw Firebird - drop dead, IBO - I'm going to SLEEP" more often.
