It all depends on your needs. We decided to use Report Builder,
because of some needs that weren't met with QuickReports(i.e.
sub-reports and I'm not talking about composite reports).

If you use TIBOQuery and/or TIBOTable, it should work. It doesn't
work with IBO native components(i.e. TIB_Query).
