Delphi cannot find the libraries in its search path. If you didn't set it
up yourself, you will probably find them in your
Delphi-installation-path/Projects/Bpl directory (if it exists); otherwise
you will need to search. You should find 16 libraries. Add the path to
your Delphi environment paths.

If I recall, with D3 you have to exit and restart Delphi to have it see
path changes.
