The 'trick' here is to look at the properties of the query
rather than the grid. All of the information for the grid is
set up in the designer used to create the query. Titles for
columns, formatting date and time strings, setting up
ordering, and how that can be changed by clicking on the
column headings. Once you have everything set up in the
designer, you can even look at what it should display ;)
