No!!

You'll have to start again and do a completely clean install. See the
HowToInstall.txt that is in the subscribers' area, NOT the one named
How_To_Instal.txt that is with the eval. version at the website. They are
**different kits**.

Current version files are
IBO_4_2_I.zip (full release source)
IBO_4_2_Ie.zip (patch # 5, cumulative)
IBO_4_2_Ie_to_f_TEST.zip (optional, test patch)

Get them all and unzip them in that order.
