There never was a "demo app" per se (in the sense of being a nicely
organised companion to the GSG). But you can get the stuff that was used
for the screenshots, plus the partly-finished "ibook" project, from the
Contributed code page of the IBO website - in the Samples and Solutions
section. There are gbks of the various databases - dialect 1, IB 5.6 or
higher, any Firebird.
