Just make sure that those files are in the directory *above* where
fbembed.dll is. Note that fbembed.dll should be in the application
directory, _NOT_ in the system directory. If you want some more guidance,
there is a sample in the draft release notes or you can pick up the
embedded readme from here:
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/firebird/firebird2/doc/

If you haven't used those files, it doesn't matter where you copy them
from. If you have something useful in them, then use the "useful" copies.
