Did you download the evaluation kit? It doesn't work with BCB, despite
the presence of *_C6.bpk files. Even if you have Delphi, you have to
download an additional DCU pack to make it work. If you have BCB and
you want to evaluate IBO, ask Jason and he'll arrange it for you.
There is a "please request" link on www.ibobjects.com/ibodownload.html

If you do have a full version to evaluate, IB_Components.pas is right
where you unpacked IBO.
