Not just IBO, any third party library!

Then you will have to ask Borland - it's on their list of
things to fix ;) Current status - just restart after
problems ( This existed with Builder5 as well )

Bare in mind that XP also adds problems with both debugging
and compiling of most Borland stuff. One of the reasons I'm
still on W2k and have no plans to change :)
If you have the 'fast switch' of users option still on -
switch it off and it helps, but it's only part of the problems.
