I think Alexander V Nevsky is the one person which always recommend people
to add an index to a certain system table. He might be the one to answer
this question, but AFAIK he does not read the ibobjects mailing list.
Rather, ask this question at firebird-support (which is also a more
appropriate mailing list for this question) using a heading like "indexing
systemtables in Fb 1.0" or something.
