That is a current point of discussion on the developers
list. There seems to be a concensus on two versions, one
local only, and one with the client for remote access. That
way we keep the smallest size version if required, but can
also access remote data if that is a requirement.

Remember this version is still under development, it has not
been 'released' yet.
