Yes, yes and yes. Maybe you have to use another 0 or #0 as prefix from a
hotel phone to get an external line.
The only problem I can see here is, that when dialing any of these numbers
from a hotel phone, you might not get a connection because it's a 019...
number. It's about the same as 1-900.. elsewhere in the world, many hotel
switchboards do not allow the use of these numbers.
