No captions? Hm, what about the hints? If tried to translate the hint
entries ((TIB_StringList)) in every TIB_Query wich connect to TIB_updateBar
like this

INSERT=Einf�gen
DELETE=L�schen
etc.

is this the correct way? Cause sometimes (no datasource connected) there are
still the original (english) hints
