I must be a lucky one - this is the first time I get it.
I solved it, by parsing first to AnsiString and then assigning it to Filter

Not just Properties, I have similar problems with other
AnsiString uses of += not related to IBO!

> PS. Still does it in BCB 6 with all 3 service packs applied. :o(
