That's not part of IBO, but of BCB. But it should be C0PKG32.OBJ
( second character is digit 0, not letter O ).

It's in the lib subdir of CBuilder5. If you didn't mess your paths up,
it should always be found.

Maybe a typo in the IBO sources somewhere?
