I get this problem from time to time, but not all the time.
It is more likely a Builder problem as it does affect other
components as well.

Once I have had it, I tend to closed down, restore a backed
up version of the project and just start again. It does seem
to be something getting saved which the project.

Anybody found another solution <g>
