Peter,
Because of Borland's silly new scheme for package naming, the packages
without the "_Dn" appended to the dpk filenames now belong to Delphi 7, not D6.

Delete everything and start again. This time, don't install anything that
does not have "_D6".

This is my fault. I haven't updated the installation text since D7 came
out. Many apologies...
