You don't get any new features when registering, but your programs stop
showing that nag screen which I think you currently get when running your
program outside the IDE. But, as far as I've read, the nag screen does mean
you will get problems if you try to create a DLL with the evaluation version.

Note that the evaluation kit is just what it says, it is for you to
evaluate whether you want to use IBO or not. Jason expects that everybody
who decide to use IBO do register - either with a partial source or a full
source license.
