The error message i getback is as follows

---------------------------
Debugger Exception Notification
---------------------------
Project CaribouPracticeManager.exe raised exception class
EIB_ISCError with message 'ISC ERROR CODE:335544375

ISC ERROR MESSAGE:
unavailable database
'. Process stopped. Use Step or Run to continue.

the protocol is local and the connection component workd up to the
point of installing IBO 4.3.A.a...i am wondering whether something
went wrong in the install process...i've installed it twice...the
second time i did not delete all the old files from the
installation. also, IB_SQL did not come with IBO 4.3.A.a as an
executable, and when i tried to build it from the projectcomponent
that did come, it did not compile.
the path to the database and all aspects of the connection component
workd prior to the upgrade.
