Correct, session linkage has nothing to do with native or TDataset based
component sets. They are both the same.

I agree this is not flexible and it is targeted for being opened up as you
suggest. Fortunately, you are the first to ever have a problem with this
that I know of.

What is it that prevents you from controlling the creation order?
(I'm just curious, not questioning you.)
