That was a left-over from the Delphi 2 days. Now that the IDE has some
improved features it makes sense to put everything into a single unit to
take advantage of these newer (though not so new) features. I'm an old
duffer as far as Delphi is concerned. (33 in age for those who wonder)
As Helen said, IBO is not free. There are certain circumstances where I will
trust people to make use of the sources without paying money, but it is
purely on a hand-shake basis, not free for the asking.
