Because it is not free software. The evaluation version is quite adequate
for evaluation purposes - it is full IBO, including most, though not all,
sources.

I have nothing here in our extensive exchange of email that indicated you
needed the source. You didn't ask for it. The non-technical issue you
seemed concerned about was possibly having to pay for something you didn't
want. The evaluation version satisfies that concern admirably in all cases
for Delphi coders.

And, despite the impression that someone may have given you in this list,
source code is *not* dished out free just for the asking. You can read the
Trustware pages at the website to get an idea of the types of user who
would qualify.
