Neither would I :-)

I learned this from the Getting Started Guide. It only covers the
basic IBO stuff, plus some selected advanced topics, but at $29,90
it's more than worth the price, even if you're not a beginner anymore.

One of the right places. The online FAQ can also be helpful (try for
instance category Datasets, subcategory Lookups). Or a keyword search
on the Yahooo group archive. This may take a little more time because
you often have to wade through lots of messages with questions and
discussions before you find the answer you need - but nine times out
of ten, it IS there.
