If you use IB_Datasource.Dataset.Prepare instead of
IB_Datasource.Dataset.open then dataset won't be opened. Then you can
put dataset to dssSearch state either by using Searchbar or in code.
This way user will still be able to insert new records. If you don't
want users to enter new records then just set PreventInsert,
PreventEdit, PreventDelete properties. If you don'y use Open method
you have to be carefull with close method also.
