To unsubscribe, either send a message to
List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:IBObjects-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com> using
the same sender (or maybe it is return address?) as you used to
subscribe or go to your account at yahoogroups and leave the group (or
set your delivery option to "no mail", something which makes it
possible for you to read and send mails whenever you want to, but
nothing comes to your mailbox).
