Someone can, but it's absolutely off-topic here. Just this once...

You guessed right. The non-binary collations eat a lot of bytes. The
absolute limit for index width is 253 bytes but it goes down dramatically
with (a) multiple elements and (b) non-binary collations. Your limit is
probably about 85 bytes of actual characters.
