It sounds as if the Getting Started Guide would be a good investment
($29.50) in your case. The "Big Click" usually happens some time during
the course of studying that at close range.

Personally, I rarely do session-based training in non-conference
conditions. It tends to get a bit costly if the client isn't located in
New South Wales! I've never been to a BorCon.

I do on-line mentoring, though (MSM, email + sometimes phone). And Jason
occasionally does session training in the US.
