About a month ago we talked about Backup/Restore functions on this
list. I had just written a couple of such functions and made them
available:

To anybody who downloaded this code and is using it or might use it
later: I discovered a bug in the functions IB_Backup and IB_Restore
that causes them not to detach from the Services Manager after a
failed backup or restore. I fixed the bug and uploaded a new version
to the above location.
