Possibly you haven't downloaded enough pieces. Because ..Hh_patch and
..Hi_patch are "patches on a patch release" (..Hg) you need all of the
following present and unzipped before attempting to install:

IBO_4_2_H.zip
IBO_4_2_Hg.zip
IBO_4_2_Hh_patch.zip
IBO_4_2_Hi_patch.zip

If you already had 4.2H and one of the patch releases prior to Hg, then you
just need the last three.
