I hope the FieldsDisplaylabel does not go away....
I use it for when I have to have a grid and the
data is narrow vs the column name for grid use.
It does not matter when using it on a form,
for instance.
_Date of Birth_ on a form and _DOB_ in a grid
where spacing is critical.
