It may be worth double-checking all your field/parameter references
and declarations to be sure all the data types match up exactly.

In order to help isolate the problem it may help if you post the
Delphi callstack details from when the AV occurs.

That may or may not be enough - it may be that we will need the
problem reproduced (preferably in a relatively simple
database/example-app) so that the problem can be fully debugged.
