You can't use the TIB_* controls with TIBO* components.

With TIBO* components use
TDatasource for datalinking
TDBEDit, TDBGrid, etc. data-aware controls.

With TIB_* data access components use
TIB_Datasource for datalinking
TIB_Edit, TIB_Grid, etc. data-aware controls.
